As a new boat owner I had the greatest experience in selecting the proper Zinc kit, where customer service was beyond expectation. First I got the correct parts with the agreed upon price including shipping to San Francisco. An hour later, I received a call from Michelle (customer service manager) to inform me that there was a change in the total amount and to my surprise it was $20 less, because she found another shipping alternative. I was thankful, as she kept me informed about the delivery schedule and status, she even was in communication during the week end. The Zincs are on the boat and ahead of schedule and The team at The Zinc Guy is highly recommended.
