UPS Ground Shipping
If you select UPS Ground as your carrier, you receive a Tracking Number that lets you monitor your shipment's progress at www.ups.com.  Please note that UPS delivers Monday-Friday only and cannot deliver to PO boxes.
 

 

FedEx Ground Shipping
We offer FedEx Ground Shipping option upon request. For ALL California customer we only will ship FedEx due to logistic errors so please contact us via

or phone us at (754)223-2297 before placing your order.

USPS Priority Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, with delivery in 2-3 business days anywhere in the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  PO boxes and military addresses are accepted. You'll receive a delivery confirmation via email once shipped.
The Zinc Guy Local Shipping
Need it fast?  We offer same-day local delivery (within
radius)for urgent orders in the South Florida area.  When timing matters, our team delivers directly-fast, reliable, and right to your door or dock!


Shipping Claims & Reimbursement Policy (CA, NY, P.R.)

Due to recurring carrier issues in California, New York, and Puerto Rico, customers may experience shipping delays, loss, or damage.
If a shipment is confirmed lost or damaged, we will file a claim with the carrier on the customer’s behalf.
  • Replacement items may be shipped to the customer prior to claim completion, however the customer is responsible for all shipping and replacement costs.
  • Once the carrier claim has reached final processing and is approved, we will reimburse the customer for the cost of the replacement items only.
  • Reimbursements will not be issued until the claim has been fully resolved by the carrier.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable if the claim is denied by the carrier.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
This policy helps ensure timely delivery while allowing us to follow carrier claim procedures.
